E.J Secola has extensive health care industry experience. His distinguished career spanned 34 years with Pfizer Pharmaceutical. He held positions as both as Sales and Hospital Representative, Assistant Regional Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Lobbyist, and a Senior Long Term Healthcare Consultant. Currently, E.J. utilizes his extensive knowledge of the health care and hospital marketplace to develop sales training programs for pharmaceutical representatives and sales managers.
As EHS’s primary course designer, E.J. Secola has a Master’s degree of Management from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. E.J. has thirty-four years in the health care industry. He has negotiated contracts on the local, state and regional levels for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The coursework from The Art of Negotiation in Today’s Business Environment has been used extensively to educate and develop sales personnel. Encompass Healthcare Solutions is able to combine the theoretical principles with our vast in house and field experience to enhance the educational outcomes of our clients.
E.J. has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Miami and a Master of Management Degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business. He also served as an officer with the United States Army, Intelligence Branch.
