Jim Bezila

With over thirty five years of experience in the health care industry, of which twenty seven have been spent as a leader and manager, Jim has been coaching and developing hundreds of individuals at all levels including SrVP, VP, Director, Regional and District Managers to achieve both personal and professional success through continuous improvement. Jim’s skills center on enhancing individual and/or team development, and throughout his career he has facilitated numerous training seminars on the Art of Effective Coaching for Improved Performance.

Jim began his career with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 1977 and from 1985 through 2009 Jim was a leader and mentor on the Pfizer management team, serving as a highly successful District and Senior Regional Business Director. During the later stages of his career at Pfizer, Jim was Senior Director of Leadership and Coaching Development within the Southeast Regional Business Unit and pioneered and held the first and only internal Executive Coaching position within the Pfizer sales organization. He is experienced in GROW, Situational Leadership, and DISC. Most recently, Jim served as the Senior National Sales
Director for UCB, Inc. Jim currently is an executive coach as the Principal of Pinnacle Performance Coaching, LLC.

Education and Professional Achievements:

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA. He is a member of the Georgia Coach Association. During his career at Pfizer, Jim achieved entry into the exclusive sales and management Hall of Fame (represents less than 1% of sales force historically) and was Pfizer’s inaugural Situational Leadership and Mosebrook Leadership (Gallup Engagement) award winner for excellence in leadership and coaching. Additionally, Jim was voted by his peers as the Coach in 2001, 2004, 2006-2008.
